Design And Implementation Of Shaanxi Transportation Information Network

Along with the rapid development of highway construction, the fast growth of transport industry and the quick popularity of family car,people have put forward higher requests to traffic management level.How to improve transportation management efficiency,to enhance the quality of highway construction and to improve transportation service level using information technology is becoming an important project which is urgent to be resolved in the fields of transportation. In this paper, the specification, the current situation and the requirements of Shaanxi transportation system is analyzed, and a cross-region proprietary network system is designed,which provides a safe data-transmission channel among work uints of shaanxi transportation system.Following Shaanxi transportation network situation and requirement,this paper systematically depicts the design and implementation of Shaanxi transportation information network including several aspects as follows,network system design,network topology structure,network links selection,network management design,IP address planning,routing protocols planning,the network security design,network QOS design. Shaanxi transportation information network is a 2M SDH WAN with star structure and tree structure,and it's a three-level network architecture.Also,the planning of IP address,design of routing policy and node facilitates configuration is discussed.At the same time,this paper proposes a connection scheme between Shaanxi transportation information network and Shaanxi Government Affairs System and analyzes the network QOS in detail,and the realized method is given as well.Finally,the paper analyzes the model structure and main functions of network management platform based on SNMP protocol,also designs and implements the performance measurement and fault monitoring part of network management platform.Shaanxi transportation information network described in this paper can realize sharing and exchange of transportation industry information resources.It provides effectable network security for transportation industry information resources integration and isolated information island elimination,and it improvess the information level of transport industry.to some extent.
