| With the contradiction between traffic supply and traffic demand inflation increasing, the problem of traffic congestion is becoming more and more serious. Nonobservance of the right of highway and traffic pollution not only infract road users'interests, but also endanger the safety of the vulnerable group. Therefore, it is significant to maintain a good order among the vehicles, foot passengers and the disabled pedestrians.Based on the summary of current domestic and foreign researches on the application of traffic guidance system as well as related specification and guidelines, we comprehensively used the basic theories and methodology of a variety of majors and subjects in the field, such as traffic psychology, human engineering, systemic engineering, etc, and with humane idea of layout considered, the thesis gives a systematic study of the urban road traffic guidance system.First, according to the features of traffic guidance systems, we put forward the idea to normalize the overall traffic condition, to systemize the local traffic situation and to humanize every traffic-related details. Then, considering of different travelers'requirements, we respectively studied the guidance strategies of travelers on express ways, local streets and at important places. Traffic participants who are not familiar with travel routes in road networks with prohibitions and restrictions are taken as our research objects. Through systematic deployment methods, we can ensure a good traffic order. With the parking guidance technology, and through stratified guidance as well as level information releasing, we can guarantee the parking order in the parking lots. Concerning the features of the vulnerable traffickers, making sure their travel space is guaranteed, we actively lead their travel behaviors; we also take relative measures to protect the safety of the pedestrians, especially the disabled, so as to provide a smooth travelling environment for them. With fuzzy theories, we comprehensively assessed the effects of the humane layout of the directional system of urban traffic system through its safety, smoothness, environment and energy consumption. Finally, we analyzed the traffic guidance system under prohibition and restrictions of the surrounding areas of the Big Goose Pagoda as an example. With humane layout taken into consideration, we put forward effective measures to improve the quality of the traffic environment of this area. |
