Power supply equipment maintenance is very important to the security of power system. With the capacity of power grid increasing annually, equipment number is becoming larger and larger. Maintenance scheduling done manually becomes more difficult and can not avoid cutting power repeatedly. This will bring the huge economic losses to power supply enterprise. Maintenance scheduling done manually also can not assure that the schedule has optimized.To ensure the security of power supply during maintenance, to reduce the electricity selling losses and to increase the efficiency of establishing maintenance scheduling, this paper conducts a further study on the optimization model and algorithm of power supply equipment maintenance scheduling, and also designs on its optimization system.According to the rules and constraint conditions which are based on and taken into account in the practical work, this paper advances a model which employs the electricity selling losses minimized as the optimization objective. With the rapid development of power market, the concept of different circuit prices will be introduced to the operation of power supply system gradually. In order to reflect power market's new requirements to maintenance optimization, it introduces power supply circuit prices to the objective function. In order to make it clear that each maintenance scheduling occupies different resources and make maintenance resources constraint more practical, it introduces maintenance resources occupations to the maintenance constraint conditions.The problem of maintenance scheduling optimization is a complex combinatorial optimization problem. It is suitable for using genetic algorithm which has a global parallel search property to solve the problem. There are many shortage in the simple genetic algorithm. This paper improves on its select, crossover and mutation. It adopts probability survival method and optimal individual preservation method in individual select respect, and uses the operators whose characteristics are adaptive in individual crossover and mutation respect. To improve programming efficiency, it applies MATLAB GA toolbox to power supply equipment maintenance scheduling. According to the actual data, this paper designs an example. The result shows that the model and algorithm are effective.In order to realize the automatic formation of maintenance scheduling, this paper designs an optimization system of power supply equipment maintenance scheduling based on B/S(Brower/Server) structure. This system is compiled by C# language under the Microsoft Visual Studio.net environment. In the system, user can login, modify personal data, declare and view maintenance scheduling, add user, manage user and maintenance scheduling, etc.
