At present, domestic loader mainly use the planetary transmission or the Hydro-mechanical semi-power shift transmission that is old in the structure, technically backward, and shorter life, poor reliability, Which can only meet the needs of various types of middle and low host, and seriously hindered the loader wide application in the construction and machine exports. With the national efforts to increase investment in infrastructure and of the increase the difficulty of construction, loader is put a higher demand on the shift system and the torque converter, required the development of new shift systems and high-performance torque converter and explored ways in improve efficiency in shifting stall and transmission.This paper is to the automatic transmission in DANA32000 loader as the research object, in the analysis of the transmission pipeline oil system and the torque converter flow, using a combination method by virtual reality simulation technology, digital model and finite element analysis to complete the following two parts of the content:1. Firstly, this paper builds DANA3200 transmission pipeline oil system as a digital model, and achieves the various stalls in the control simulation and the simulation of different stalls of the transformation in the use of virtual reality simulation software Open inventor, combining with wide application of virtual reality simulation technology, which Directly shows transmission fluid oil pipe system working conditions to the developers, and facilitates the transmission of the development.2. Secondly, the paper research the fluid motion status in the torque converter, using a workbench platform which is offered by the finite element analysis software ANSYS 12.0 to mesh converter flow model, and gets the transmission ratio 0.75 conditions of the flow field theory data in the finite element in the CFX analysis module, then with VC++6.0 as development platform, combining with the virtual reality simulation software Open Inventor, the theoretical data obtained are representative of using the visual simulation of the cone to achieve a torque converter flow field of virtual reality simulation, as the direction and size of the flow field are respectively instead of and the colors represent the direction of the cone, which provides guidance on the direction of optimizing the transmission structure and to designing of the physical prototype of transmission.The research project identified the movement of the oil pipeline system in the transmission, showing the flow of pipeline fluid in the transmission gear control system and gear change and providing a development reference for the transmission of the electro-hydraulic control system, the virtual reality simulation of flow field shows the flow field within the hydraulic torque converter in normal conditions, providing a theoretical the data to optimize the torque converter structure and being Conducive to the physical prototype development of new transmission.
