From the aspects of technology and the use of speaking, this is the bottleneck of intelligent building integrated management system.Yancheng Institute Of Technology library is the landmark building in the school, it need to meet the applicable、safety、economical、comfortable circumstances,the library will become a high degree of intelligence building。In view of the construction goal and functional need,it choices the system of many kinds, high degree of automation requirements, it is necessary to consider integration of subsystems in the early stage of design, in order to solve these problems, In order to solve these problems is proposed based on EBI intelligent building management system integration design.Through analyzing the demand on building management system of library, it is combined with the design standard of intelligent system and corresponding standards, it is introduced the model of core technology and system of intelligent supervision system of Yancheng Institute of Technology library, the subsystem, and monitoring point setting, Compatibility of technical measures。The final selection of EBI intelligent software platform of every subsystem of equipment and interface、bus、communication protocol, unified management, real-time monitoring systems and equipment, it provides the best equipment, energy-saving operation, it realizes the true meaning of intelligent building integrated management system.
