"Solar Simulator" is an important part of physical experiment research of conducting intelligent control,and a critical equipment of sun sensor ground simulation test and performance testing. Its system consists of solar simulator,electrical source controller,turntable controller and computer control system. This paper mainly focus on the study of three-dimensional turntable control system of mobile solar simulator,and the feedback control system of three dimension turntable is the point of this thesis. In the first place,a theoretical analysis and a mathematical modeling to the three dimension turntable is performed,and then the design of overall structure of three dimension turntable based on DSP is realized.The feedback control system based on shaft angle encoder and step motor subdivision driving technology is introduced in the following part,which achieved orientation motion and pitching movement of three dimension turntable under high precious control. In the end,this paper carried on a design to specifically realize the hardware and software of three dimension turntable control system, and control system's interface of the host computer by LABVIEW.
