Behavior Analysis And Design Strategy Research On The Environment Of New Rural Residential Settlements In Western Sichuan Area

Vigorously promoting the construction of new socialist countryside is the fundamental way to solve the "three rural" issue and realize the coordinated development of urban and rural areas, is the important initiatives to strengthen the construction of rural material civilization, political civilization and spiritual civilization. But for a long time, most domestic rural development is out of order, to effectively change this backward situation and improve the level of new construction in rural areas, we must first strengthen the new rural planning. Economic conditions in rural areas of western China generally are backward, the development foundation is relatively poor, the availability of resources and factors are limited. Therefore, how to comprehensively research and take advantage of local natural geographical environment resources, economic level, the regional environment, traditional cultural basement, development opportunities and a variety of other factors, and scientifically and reasonably determine its development path and planning strategy are the key points of the Western Areas planning issues. Nowdays architecture, sociology, psychology, behavior research are highly developed, as building users,"person" gets much attention by the designers in today's society,and be carried out a series of studies by researchers using theories relevant to "person". This article is based on this background, discussing the new situation in rural villages in western Sichuan under the new period of time.Sichuan is a big agricultural province, the land in the Western Sichuan holds an abundant of natural resources, a large population are engaged in agriculture,5.12 Wenchuan earthquake caused a large number of houses damaged or collapsed, many of them are rural housing and rural public buildings and so on. designing friendly, practical and beautiful green settlements for local people who were hitted by the earthquake based on the theory of environmental behaviour, creating and maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment on the reasonable cost, would be a meaningful career. It is necessiry and feasible to do the revelant research about creating such an environment.This paper focus on comparing the construction of the existing rural settlements, based on past research results in new rural areas in china, based on field observation and questionnaire survey to eight typical new rural residential areas (villages) in western Sichuan. Combining with geographical features, climatic characteristics, cultural characteristics and economic characteristics in western Sichuan.based on the environmental behavior of environmental perception, spatial perception, territorial, environmental stress theories, in the use of questionnaires, collecting the results of the use of existing public spaces, satisfaction and views of the residents, and the situation of the existing shock sites, study the User-friendly strategies of environmental planning and landscape design for the rural concentrated residential areas (villages) in Western Sichuan Plain based on the theory of environmental behaviour in the hope to put forward the reference for the future relevant design.
