The Comparative Research On The Ridge Of Traditional Folk Houses In Western Sichuan And Southern Sichuan

This paper takes the comparative study of traditional rural residential roof as the starting point of the study,which is an example of the study of the traditional residential roof in the western Sichuan plain and the southern Sichuan mountains.Roof is a traditional rural residence and regional traditional culture important channel of communication,integrating the use of function and decorate function structures,it holds a large amount of information of regional culture,is the material carrier of regional culture.In the west Sichuan and south Sichuan,the traditional rural residential roof is similar in the geographical environment of Sichuan province.There are many traditional folk houses with valuable research value in both places,and the roof of residential houses has a high value of history,culture and architecture.With the acceleration of economic construction and urbanization,the regionalism of native architecture faces the crisis of extinction.So the study of western Sichuan,the basis of traditional rural residential roof is an important link in vernacular architecture research system,has a certain academic value,but also helps to local-style dwelling houses of protection and sustainable development.The traditional folk houses of western and southern Sichuan are pregnant with the excellent examples of roof ridge.In this paper,a large number of field surveys are carried out in this paper to summarize the general characteristics.And based on information search and achievements,the roof and practices according to the position classification,to concrete structure,component by comparative study,in the form of specific practice form and geographical characteristics of the two.Practice is mainly divided into the structure of the ridge,vertical ridges,the adornment of the roof of artifacts "kiss" and a comparison of the hanging fish method based on the roof of the overall effect of combination of composition,decorative arts,design decorative pattern contrast,relating to the roof of more specific content.Finally analyzes the western and southern Sichuan rural traditional houses roof of regional natural environment and humanistic environment,the deep investigation on the causes of the similarities and differences,in order to summarize its regional culture connotation and the overall characteristics,reveals the roof based on the differences of regional shown,able to more deeply explore the traditional culture connotation.A regional rural traditional house the details of the structure is often the easiest to erosion and ignored,protection and mining based on the basis of western Sichuan,the very roof of the regional culture is the center of the study.
