| All the countries in the world are facing the dual pressures of resources and the environment increasingly in the new century,Energy crisis has become a common challenge for human beings.At the sametime blackouts especially the chain of large area power outage occurred one after another in the world,Exposing the traditional power system's shortage on dispatching and control,so increasing the research on control and smart dispatching of complex interactive grid is necessary. Constructing smart grid is people's common wish and effective way to improve grid's security, reliability and energy efficiency.modern power system become complex increasingly and change into distributed and open,the coordination of subsystem needs to be inproved. Dispatching work is the central link of power system alwaysly,taking the task of guiding the power transmission. Smart dispatching is the behavior that put the operation accomplished by people of power system originally,expressed by information, realized the same task by computer and software.To achieve this goal, after analyzing the requirement and composition,i proposed the technical requirement and realizing way for smart grid construction work in this paper,introduced the multi-agent technology which solve distributed problem effectively of artificial intelligence field.Done a study on structure form of agent and orgnaize form, communication,collaboration way of multi-agent system. Established grid's dispatching database model by SQL 2000 Server.Aimed the function of each part in dispatching system,install diferent agent function module,done a study on agent linving environment and decision making way. Improved the struceture of intelligent dispatching decsion-making system based on agent,on this basis constructed the intelligent decision-making system that based on agent technology,and the system's operational processes, provide a smart decision-making way for dispatching system of smart grid. I finally gave an analysis of a dispatching accident in Yongzhou geological dispatching system. |
