The Highway Planning Research On Guang'an

Guang'an has made an achievement at highway network. However, with the rapid economical and social development and increasing traffic demand, mileage and grade of highway network still can't cope with the need of economic growth. Therefore, scientific and reasonable planning for the highway network of Guang'an have an important significance for instructing highway construction, making Guang'an become one of twelve regional minor hinges, and rousing the third venture and promoting Guang'an-Chongqing cooperation.Based on in general carding the theories and methods of highway network planning at home and abroad, this study analyzes the current situation of economy and society of this city and makes a prediction for its development, combined with the current statue and existing problems of highway network, predicts traffic demands of Guang'an city. In contrast to the advantage of common estimate method, put calculation methods of Guang'an reasonable scale of road network, using homeland coefficient method, the method of analogy and connectivity model.Using the traffic location theory, it analyses that of Guang'an administrative traffic, Economic traffic and urban traffic location ring. And then select and calculate the important degrees of road network control node in urban, puts forward Guang'an road network hierarchy, identify main passageway. Layout Guang'an road network with comprehensive use of "the total control+node important degree+ traffic location theory layout method", then get layout forms of skeleton highway network. Finally evaluate road network planning of Guang'an.
