The Key Problems And Practice Analysis Of Regional Highway Network Planning In Gaoping District Of Nanchong City

Regional highway network planning is one important prophase work of highway construction and the foundation which guarantees the order of highway network construction. In accordance with scientific and practical viewpoint, regional highway network planning analyzes ongoing passenger-cargo transportation situation of the fixed area, dissects the existing problems in the development of development and construction, forecasts regional traffic demand growth based on social economic development trends, and formulates reasonable and feasible regional highway network planning scheme. Despite the soundness and standardability, former theoretical planning model often manifests as the loose connection with the actual planning and the lack of close integration of qualitative and quantitative analysis, as well as the uncertainty of numerous parameters during the decision-making process which leads to the incapability of reflecting real situation; one the other hand, decision makers choose direct and simple methods without rigorous mathematical reasoning merely through experience, despite the mere adaptability the lack of scientific prediction analysis is worrying. Therefore, it is necessary to combine the advantage of the mathematical model prediction with the experience of actual decision-making, in order to realize the truthfulness of regional highway network planning scheme.Based on the common regional highway network planning model, this paper studies regional passenger-cargo traffic demand forecast, regional highway network rational scale forecast, regional highway network system layout optimization, reginal highway network construction evaluation, etc. and focuses on the following aspects of content:(1) the feature and adaptability of several forecasting models in regional passenger-cargo traffic demand forecast and the amendment of them;(2) reginal highway network rational development scale forecast model;(3) research of regional highway network layout optimization method (4) research of reginal highway network post-Build evaluation system;(5) conducting practical analysis combining highway network planning and construction scheme of the Gaoping region of Nanchong city.
