| The transmission network structure optimization is to find a series of decision-making variables to get minimal value of objective function under the circumstance of all restrictions were satisfied. By investigating the difficulty of global convergence in solving flexible planning model, improved particle swarm optimization are introduced to solve it.By synthetically considering theeconomy, reliability and flexibility of the planning scheme,a multi-objectplanning model concerning the power resource abundance is proposed.In this paper, Dongsheng urban development for the speed and load high-speed growth, proposed to improve orthogonal immune clone particle swarm algorithm for load forecasting; meanwhile, the application of the way to optimize the grid structure to improve convergence speed and reduce the size of parameter setting and population the impact of convergence of the algorithm; fuzzy evaluation proves that the model can effectively take account of energy resources in abundance, its planning program has a good economy, reliability and adaptability. For such a rapidly developing city of Dongsheng grid development, and it has a good applicability. |
