Externally pressurized gas bearing has been widely used in the field of aviation, semiconductor, weave, and measurement apparatus because of its advantage of high accuracy, little friction, low heat distortion, long life-span, and no pollution. In this thesis, based on the domestic and overseas researching, the subject of this paper is supercritical once-through boiler of Hebei Guohua Dingzhou generationg.the reference is supplied by system feature,cold test and hot adjusting to domestic supercritical technology.The hard demand of organize burning and start-up due to low-melting coal,30%BMCR start-up flow and drainage of separator to deaerator cancelled by designing institute. First,c difference of leveling primary air speed less-thanĀ±3% and regulating property of auxiliary air damper is made by cold test on pilot balloon device and checkout cell calibrated. The circle of contact is moderate and centering in the aerody-namical field, simultaneous measures fading characteristic of primary air and racemating auxiliary air damper influence on air speed in level gas flue. To stabilized blowpipe and unit start-up, methods of increasing auxiliary steam pressure, inducing needless user of auxiliary steam, derating properly feedwater flow is adopted. Simultaneous, saving fuel , shorten start-up time and increasing economy. The method of operatin of coal mill optimizated by analysed influence on breeze fineness and uniformity about the speed of rotation of separator. Increasing enthalpy 2753.1kJ/kg, optimizing oxygen 3.0% and differential pressure of air box.The showing of actual measurement result, boiler efficiency 100% rated load is 94.7% more 93.64%, boiler efficiency 75% rated load is 94.7%, boiler efficiency 50% rated load is 94.7%,...
