The rotary transformer with high reliability and high precision has been widely used in aviation, aerospace, ship, weapons, machinery, machine tools, robotics systems and other fields. In the axis angle measurement system, the traditional devices are mainly analog electronic circuits. With the development of science and technology, especially digital signal processing technology, this system is gradually adopted in digital circuits, microprocessors, digital signal processor and will realize digitalization. Some of the control systems, which need high-precision signals, require high-precision digital position signal and velocity signal input to the digital processing system or microprocessor, in order to achieve high-precision control of the rotation, speed and position of the motor. The rotary transformer-transmitter is an interface of the sensor and the digital processing system. It can provide digital angle signal of high-precision, digital and analog speed signal according to the alternating voltage output by the senor.There are some problems in traditional angle measurement systems, such as large size, heavy weight, high-power, complex tests and high cost. In this paper, a system of measuring angles using SCM is designed, which can solve some problems that the traditional angle measurement system faces and has the features of small size, low cost and high-performance.In this paper, a dual-channel rotary transformer is used, which consists of a rough channel and a master channel. And it outputs sine signals and cosine signals. The main content of this thesis is the sample of the rough channel signals and the master channel signals, and then calculates the axial angle signal. The sine wave signals are generated by MCU, as the rotary transformer excitation voltages. In addition, the paper also analyzes the causes and the formation process of errors, and proposes an error comensation algorithm. Compared to the traditional rotary transformer-transmitter, the dual-channel rotary transformer-transmitter has the characteristic of a simple circuit and high accuracy.
