Study On Optimization Of Energy Efficiency Design For Bourg Housing In Hanzhong Region

Since the reform and opening-up policy, China's bourg economic has been developing rapidly and rural residential has entered a period of vigorous development. The new construction and renovation rural residential have increased year by year. There are 700 million - 800 million square meters of new-built bourg housing each year, accounting for more than half of per year's new residential in China. Although there is a certain improvement of bourg housing environment, lack of the guidance to the design specifications and not applicable energy efficiency standard of urban residential lead to the low comfort indoor thermal environment. With continuous improvement of the living standards, the requirements of thermal comfort will be more urgent. Therefore, the energy-saving design of bourg housing has become an important issue. Indoor thermal environment and residential energy consumption should be both considered.Based on the investigation of bourg housing in Hanzhong, this paper summarized the development and evolution of residential patterns and the development trend of bourg housing in Hanzhong. Through questionnaire survey and indoor thermal environment test, the indoor thermal comfort levels and energy consumption of the residential were got. In this research, it is found that the insulation of bourg housing in winter is more crucial than the cooling in summer, mainly due to poor performance of building envelope insulation, unreasonable flat functional layout, large windows, and the high floor height. Based on these problems, an optimized energy efficiency plan is designed. Finally a simulated calculation by DeST-h was done to evaluate the effect of various energy-saving strategies .From the scientific research and analysis in Hanzhong , the research intend to pass down and improve the essence and features of traditional houses, which will provide the basis for research and development of bourg housing in Hanzhong or even in North-South climatic transition zone in China and promote the urbanization progressing in a sustainable, ecological and harmonious way.
