Outer window is the weakest tache of the surrounding protection structures in residence. Today, the percentage of energy efficiency in southern region of Fujian province is asked for 50%, and up to 20% in outer windows, which, however, are made primarily of single-layer simple glass roller windows by single-aluminum alloy molding. Additionally, the tide of seeking for"augmenting incessantly area of outer windows"and"fixing glass of outer windows"has leaded to vast energy consumption of outer windows.In text, via theory research (on outer windows energy efficiency design of residential buildings in hot summer and warm winter zone together with southern region of Fujian province) and the project practice (on outer windows energy efficiency design of 12th residence building in the third phase of Longfeng Ducheng project in Anxi, Quanzhou), penman strives to quest out of the way suitable to local energy efficiency windows. Moreover, endeavor to point out the future development of outer windows that should be made of aluminum alloy molding of heat insulating by broken heat bridges and PVC-U molding mounting Low-E spatial energy saving glass.Whole text is composed of five chapters:Chapter one is introduction, which brings forward the aim and meaning of study, briefly introducing the background. Simultaneously, make clear six essential concepts in order to explain the title meanings and to show up text's configurations and frames.Chapter two expatiates on the importance of outer windows energy efficiency. Recommend domestic and overseas progress actualities of efficient outer windows, so as to prepare indispensably for discussing efficient energy efficiency design of outer windows.Chapter three takes apart from four major elements which affect hot working performance on outer windows: heat transfer coefficient, gas airtight performance, visible light transmissibility and index of reflection, and shading coefficient. In addition, it expatiates the relationships of outer windows design and energy efficiency from 5 aspects of glass, structure material, gas airtight performance, shading and the area ratio of window to wall in residential buildings in hot summer and warm winter zone. Chapter four investigates how about current efficient energy efficiency of outer windows in southern region of Fujian province is, and sums up seven methods adapt to local outer windows energy efficiency design (which are debasing shading coefficient of glass, reducing heat transfer of glass, swelling heat insulating performance of molding, confirming rationally the area ratio of window to wall, enhancing gas airtight performance, improving shading of glass itself and window pattern choice). At last, in virtue of analyzing two project practices, penman affords efficient energy efficiency blue print of outer windows for existing residence's reconstruct works and upscale housing's efficient demonstrational projects in energy efficiency and noise fall of outer windows.Chapter five digs out existed problems by design practice on 12th residence building in the third phase of Longfeng Ducheng project in Anxi, Quanzhou (which includes account books of housing energy efficiency design, report tables of residential building energy efficiency design, instruction booklets of building energy efficiency appraisement account in hot summer and warm winter zone), and offers four corresponding solution strategies.
