Land integration is defined as, the process of optimal allocation of land resources in time and space scales within a certain area , to enhance the level of intensive use of land resources, balance between the three of economic,social and ecological, based on existing technology and management. Model of land integration is done according to certain criteria, refining and summary of typical and general operational characteristics. As the core and foundation of Comprehensive reform of urban and rural, land integration is directly related to the reform process and results. Domestic scholars have done lots of researches from the angle of the property,the operating body and distribution of benefits of integration and achieved fruitful results. However, studies on the combination of integration technology and distribution of benefits are weak. In this paper, based on Suzhou'practices of land use in Comprehensive reform of urban and rural, associates land integration and benefits distribution, to explore deeper land integration models of urban and rural land resources.As the pilot area of China's urban-rural comprehensive reform, Suzhou shoulders the arduous mission of land institutional innovation. In thesis, focuses on the basic experience and the main achievements of the land institutional innovation of Suzhou, analyzes its innovative features and problems; put forward the theory of sharing the land dividends, explains the causes of land bonus,stakeholders,access methods,basis and target of allocation; According to the relationship of land bonus share theory and land integration, discuss the process of land integration, strategy and mechanism design problems.Summary of field research on Jinxing Village in Mudu Town, Yonglian Village in Zhangjiagang, Shanglin Village in Wuzhong District, combined with the urban-rural relations and different forms of conversion ,on the basis of development experience,, under the guidance of the theory of sharing the land, dividends from the dividend distribution, development of the main, mode content, application, etc. summed up the integration of urban and rural, industrial-guided and agricultural-guided three typical land integration patterns.
