As the frontier of urban function spillover and the leading area of rural urbanization,the urban fringe area has the characteristics of dynamic,urban and rural duality and special characteristics,and the land-use is more complex.Therefore,under the background of urban and rural overall development,land intensive use and the integration of multiple plans,the study of urban and rural construction land expansion characteristics and mechanism in urban fringe area has strong theoretical and practical significance.This study relies on the topic of Marketization Path of Urbanization in Ji'nan Municipal Committee.,taking the expansion of urban and rural construction land as a research problem.Based on structural theory and space production theory,the Ji'nan city district is selected as a study case to construct the logic framework of "problem oriented-theoretical supportcharacteristic analysis-mechanism summary".In this paper,we take the township level geographic unit as the basic unit of spatial analysis to analyze the characteristics and expand the mechanismFirst,based on three aspects of land use control,urban planning guidance and urban expansion,the research time is divided into three stages: the loose period of space management and control(1978-1996 years),the enhancive period of space management and control(1996-2006 years),the strengthening period of space management and control(2006-2015 years).Among them,a)the loose period of space management and control is characterized by the weak constraint of land use under the leadership of local power,and the expansion of the city is spread by the slow mass.b)The characteristic of the enhancive periodof space management and control is the dynamic balance of the total amount of cultivated land with the protection of cultivated land as the core,and the city shows a rapid expansion of the group,c)and the strengthening period of space management and control is characterized by the control of the total amount of cultivated land for construction,and the urban expansion as a whole.On this basis,the case area is divided into 15 geographical units,and "inside","middle" and "outside" three circles as the spatial basis of empirical analysis.On this basis,the case area is divided into 15 geographic units,as well as the three layers of "inner circle","middle circle" and "outer circle" as the basis of empirical analysis.Secondly,the characteristics of land use function,land use form,land ownership and other three dimensions are used to analyze the urban and rural construction land in the case area.Among them,a)in the loose period of space management and control,and the function expansion is overall showing low speed,the urban land is dominant,and the rural residential area is stable.The morphological characteristics showed the expansion of the group,with the Caishi and Wang Sheren unit as the growing hot spot;and the land ownership was mainly based on the collective construction land expansion.b)in the enhancive period of space management and control,the whole function expansion presents a state of rapid growth,and the growth of urban and rural residential land is increasing synchronously.The morphological features are extended in axis,with the growth of the gully and the Huashan unit as the focus of growth;the land ownership is still extended mainly by the collective construction land,while the state-owned ownership is starting to rely on the development zone to "invade" the rural areas.c)in the strengthening period of space management and control,the whole function expansion is expanded at a high speed,and the urban land is more than the absolute subject of the rural land;the land form is typical of the expansion of the group based on the Development Zone.The Ganggou and Suncun unit are the hot spots of growth.The expansion of land ownership is the dominant factor in the expansion of state ownership and the merger of land ownership in collective construction.Finally,the mechanism is based on the perspective of "Activism-Structuring" and the theory of space production.The expansion mechanism of urban and rural construction land useis summed up as the practical results of the game between different subjects of power,capital and society under the constraints of external structure and resources,and there are different interactive processes in different stages due to the structural constraints of differentiation.Among them,a)the loose period of space management and control presents the space production process dominated by social subjects,and the expansion process based on the development of township enterprises.b)the enhancive period of space management and control takes on the space production process dominated by the capital,which combines the market capital with the government,and shows the expansion process of the development zone as the main body.c)the strengthening period of space management and control takes on the space production process dominated by the power.Under the logic of urban management,the local government strengthens the guidance of capital investment and the overall control of space production process.
