Study On Quality Management Of Fire Engineering Project In Y Building

With the development of China’s economic and the capacity of building, various large buildings rapidly emerge. Fire protection engineering projects of these large buildings are very demanding. The quality of Fire protection engineering projects are directly related to people’s lives and property. In order to ensure the quality of fire protection engineering projects, every aspect of the project involved must fulfill their duties and cooperate mutually. A sound quality management system, project quality assurance system and project quality assurance measures should be developed. The strict quality control should be implemented. This is the only way to create a good quality of fire protection engineering and to protect people’s lives and property.Firstly, according to quality management, construction methods and construction elements of fire protection engineering for buildings, the background and significance of this paper, the basic contents of this paper (the quality planning of project, quality assurance and quality control), and the basic the basic theories of project quality management and building fire protection projects are summarized at the beginning of the paper. Secondly, take the fire protection engineering project of the building Y as an example, the details of the project quality plan is expatiated. Then quality assurance of the project is analyzed in depth; finally the performing of quality control is explained. At the end of this paper, the quality management of the project is summarized with the hope of strengthening market regulation and supervision qualification. Some reference values to improve and perfect the quality management of building fire engineering projects are presented in the paper.
