This paper studies the coaxial tolerance of the electro-hydraulic servo tester, and which due to the intensity insufficiency, work force excessive and work form unreasonable.Based on the research about coaxial of the electro-hydraulic servo tester, this paper firstly analyzes structure of the electro-hydraulic servo tester's component, understanding the material performance of the components, calculates the stress of the components, according to the strain situation to find the factor which influence the coaxial tolerance.Secondly, this paper also builds a geometry model for the electro-hydraulic servo tester with CATIA, and using finite element theory to simplify the model.Finally, this paper analysis the geometry model about static analysis with ANSYS workbench, we can obtain distributing drawing about stress, strain and displacement. Through analysis and optimization for the component,we can solve the problem of coaxial error.
