Rail is produced from the manufacturing plant, if it not timely used, shelved in the open field, after a period of time, it is prone to be oxidized to rust, and both sides may appear in the other rail attachment. These all affect the normal use of rail performance. To solve this problem, for other processing operations in the rail, through a preliminary grinding of the rail rust treatment, so that rail can be use normally.The overall design of the machine that includes the performance, size, shape, quality and production costs of the mechanical system. Therefore, the overall design of the full application of modern design methods to provide a variety of advanced design principles, comprehensive utilization of machinery, electronics and other the key of technologies both in science experiments, and strive to correct in the new principle, in practice feasible, advanced technology, rational in economically.Taking a rail welding plant as background.we designed the context of the overall program that include the layout of the machine, limit the system, vacuum devices, and several other areas, the mechanical structure of machine tool mainly belt grinding in the form of design and analysis. The top rail of the machine (bottom) grinding wheel head structure and focus to carry out analysis and design of various parameters for the design and optimization. Were compared in hydraulic control system design and calculation. Especially the hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic pump, from the parametric analysis to determine the model, are all the analysis and selection. Finally AMEsim simulation software to establish a simulation model of the hydraulic control system, and the control cylinder line dynamic simulation.Through developing this machine tool, it completely changed the laggard and inefficient technique of machining rail in this factory and introduced a solving measure which was relatively efficient, advanced and credible for removing the rust of the rail and brushing its section.
