| At present,with the continuous development of China’s "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high-speed railway network construction,most provinces will achieve cityto-city high-speed rail.As an important gateway for the city’s external relations,the surrounding area of high-speed railway station will become the focus area of urban development.However,there are some limitations in the research on the development and construction of the surrounding areas of high-speed railway stations in China,so an appropriate and sustainable development model is urgently needed to guide the development and construction of the surrounding areas of high-speed railway stations.High-speed Railway Newtown of Xi’an serves as the core area of economic radiation of Shaanxi’s “hub economy,portal economy,and mobile economy”(hereinafter referred to as “three economies”)and “airports,land ports,and high-speed rail ports”(hereinafter referred to as “three ports”),as well as northern Xi’an.The central area for the implementation of the cross-development strategy will be an important bearing platform for building international business services,international cooperation in science and education,international capacity cooperation,and waterfront green ecology.The area surrounding the Xi’an High-speed Railway North Passenger Station serves as a pilot zone and core development engine for the construction of High-speed Railway Newtown.It urgently needs models of industrial development,spatial layout,and transportation organization that are highly matched to its own development characteristics.Based on the reasonable determination of the influence area of the Xi’an High-speed Railway North Passenger Station,a field survey was conducted on the area surrounding the Xi’an Highspeed Railway North Passenger Station to evaluate the current status of the development of the area surrounding the high-speed railway station.The development mode and planning strategy of the surrounding area of the high-speed railway station will have certain guiding significance for the development and construction of the surrounding area of the Xi’an High-speed Railway North Passenger Station.This study first clearly defines the relevant concepts,introduces the relevant basic theories,and sorts out and summarizes the relevant research progress in the surrounding areas of high-speed railway stations at home and abroad.Based on relevant theoretical research and empirical analysis,reasonably determine the area around the Xi’an Highspeed Railway North Passenger Station.Based on the development status of the Xi’an High-speed Railway North Passenger Station,build an evaluation index system for the conditions surrounding the development of the surrounding area of the station.Use the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation carry out evaluation and analysis,and examine the development foundation from two dimensions of development reality and future.Secondly,by referring to the successful experience of the development and construction of the surrounding areas of typical high-speed railway stations at home and abroad,the development mode of typical high-speed railway stations is analyzed from three aspects of industrial development mode,spatial layout mode,and transportation organization mode,and different developments are analyzed in depth advantages and disadvantages of the model.Finally,the surrounding area of the Xi’an High-speed Railway North Passenger Station is based on a productive service-led model and builds an "industrial service + commercial trade + leisure experience" industrial development model.Based on the "dependent symbiosis-group-type" model,it builds a "single core lateral center + multifunctional".Based on the "double-ring-radial" mode,it builds a "double-ring-radialhigh-density" checkerboard road network traffic organization model.Through the construction of the development mode of the area surrounding the Xi’an High-speed Railway North Passenger Station,the corresponding comprehensive development planning strategies are proposed from the four aspects of industrial system construction,optimization of spatial layout,improvement of environmental quality,and improvement of facilities. |
