The Study On Method Of County Resident Trip Survey

By the end of 2009, the urbanization process in China had reached to 46.59%. The city rapid developing makes the regional economic growing quickly. But in the process of urbanization, strategy and policy leaning to cities give rise to urban-rural disparity. In the background of urban and rural, shortening space-time and riches differences between urban-rural area and cutting inequality is the fundamental solution of the "three rural issues" problem. County is in the middle class of administrative divisions in China, which connects urban and rural. County territory take county towns as centre, townships as tie and villages as hinterland,that has strategic advantage in urban-rural development. Traffic is the base of county developing, so it is necessary to take traffic planning and county economic developing at the same place. County traffic planning needs to take county traffic demand as the first step. Resident trip survey is widely used in depict resident trip features because of comprehensive reflecting travelers'personal, social attributes and travel information. There is no researching on the survey methods of county resident trip at present. In view of the urban resident trip survey methods, This paper does the research on the survey methods of county resident trip bases on contrasting with urban resident trip survey methods, joins with qualitative analysis and quantify computing, uses the policy of connection between theory and practice.This paper analyses characteristics of county among population, urbanization, social economic, industrial structure, traffic infrastructure firstly, then implied to the research of county residents trip demand. With the urban-rural integration, this paper does research on the key technique——traffic analysis zone(TAZ) and sampling. At the TAZ side, this paper raises the Influence factors, classification principles and reasonable scale of TAZ, through analyzing the shortage of TAZ scale method in urban resident trip survey. At the sampling side, this paper raises sampling method and sampling rate formula of it that fix to county, through analyzing sampling method and sampling rate used in urban resident trip survey. At the end of the paper, it puts the TAZ scale method and sampling technique,that raised in the paper, into the practice of Long QuanYi area resident trip survey, and gets a good result.
