It's just twenty years when high-tech park appeared in our country. Although there is much experience to consult, it's the new thing, and for the difference of the situation of countries, so the development of high-tech park in our country is await to be explored in many aspects.Plan and construction of traffic basic facilities in high-tech park is a very important chain in well development of high-tech park. At present, each area takes criterion and method of some common areas in cities for planning and constructing road net-work in high-tech park, but high-tech park has the different characteristic from common areas in city, such as oneness of traffic demand form, definitude of traffic trip direction, etc. Therefore, it's illogical that plan and construction of high-tech park uses the criterion and method of common areas in city indiscriminately. Grounding on this thinking, starting with traffic trip of high-tech park, this paper expects to analyze and master traffic trip law of high-tech park, and then provides scientific and logical evidence for plan and construction of road net-work in the park.This paper, on the basis of Yuelu-mountain high-tech park in Changsha city, beginning with the investigation of diversiform transit-trip in the park, firstly analyzes and evaluates space-time change law of traffic flow and situation of traffic service level on actual road net-work in the park; Secondly, applying multi-statistical analysis method, taking investigated corporation as sample, using annual freight traffic volume produced by unit plant area of the corporation, with clustering analysis, obtains four sorts of the sample corporation, and establishes the predict models of freight traffic volume for every kind of corporation. With these models, actual or planning year's day maximum freight traffic volume can be predicted. The third, this paper makes analysis research of trip law of employees in the park, and obtains the index of trip times, trip modes and trip development trend of the employees. Finally, it analyzes trip situation of the residents in the park, obtains characteristic data such as high-peak time and high-peak trip of residents'trips. Those results provide important evidence for net-work plan's construction of the park.
