In recent years, there are some problems with the application of the CTCS-3 in the Wuguang and Zhengxi high speed rail. First, the potential problem in railway signal engineering data can only be found in the on-site test, which costs large amounts of man power and material resources. Second, it's difficult for the railway signal engineer to understand the macro-CTCS-3 operation, which increases the rate of error and the difficulty in the railway signal design and the on-site test. Third, only single or partial control equipment can be test, there isn't any test method in system level for multi control equipments under the lab environment. Forth, there isn't any feasible visual teaching demonstration platform for the students and the engineers lack of professional background. The CTCS-3 simulation platform developed by Southwest Jiaotong University traffic information engineering and control lab, which is aimed at the visual presentation of the CTCS-3 using modern digital simulation technology and providing the feasible human-machine interface to solve the problems above:First, provide a engineering data verifying platform to replace the on-site test way in some extent. Second, simulate the whole CTCS-3 line operation and the interaction between different parts of control system. Third, propose a method for the multi equipments test in system level. Forth, build a feasible visual teaching and training platform. Control center sub-system is a vital sub-system for the whole platform and it can not only present the real-time simulation situation, but also coroperate with other parts with communication interface and command input. What's more, control center sub-system can give reports and datas to specify the simulation results. This dissertation analyzes the functional demand and the structure design for the control center sub-system in the CTCS-3 simulation platform, and describes how to use software tech, network tech and database tech to design and implement. The dissertation mainly discusses the three modules of control center sub-system:display, operation and communication and how the sub-system displays the real-time simulation situation, how the GUI acts with some man-machine interaction, how to implement the interaction simulation through the communication among the vehicle sub-system, interlocking sub-system and environment simulator sub-system. Finally, the simulation result will show you that as a important part of CTCS-3 simulation platform, control center can provide friendly GUI and through the analyze the system operation, test and verify both the engineering data and the train control system to some extent.
