With the rapid development of China’s infrastructure construction, China’s railway construction have the chance of the rapid development. Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway, the Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed rail, Haerbing-Dalian high-speed rail have been put into operation, and continue to broaden the blueprint for China’s railway construction and operation. With the continuous improvement of train speed, more and more people pay attention to the safety of the railway.Train operation control system is an important means to ensure the safe operation of trains. It has an extremely important significance for improving the degree of automation and controlling of train operation, enhancing operational efficiency and management level of automation. CTCS-3Train Control System is a wireless communications-based train control system, it realized the car between the two-way transmission of data, shortening the safety interval between trains, improving the operational efficiency while Simplifying the trackside equipment.The main content of the paper is to realize the simulation of CTCS-3Train Control System, It has used of modern computer simulation technology, and software design methods to achieve the simulation of the actual train running scene, the train control system functional verification, simulation and assessment of safety performance, and other functions. Knowledge of the foreign research status of the train control system, as well as the domestic CTCS-3train control system have been first introduced. Then I describe the division of the entire platform of software simulation system design and system, and finally focuses on the various functional modules display terminal subsystem the design and implementation of realize detailed simulation playback functions.
