Power grid construction need huge input, and also take up much of the land, so in desperate need of a helpful for construction period is short, low cost, and suitable for China's large capacity, long-distance transmission characteristics of flexible exchange and transmission technology. Controllable series compensation technology can greatly improve existing and new transmission lines where the ability and the grid stability, is the most advanced, the most representative of flexible exchange and transmission technology one.In this paper, Research on Management Scheme of Chengde station installation of series compensation Engineering for Shangdu-Chengde 500KV Transmission Project as the research object. First, an overview series compensation project profiles. This chapter describes the transmission line series compensation technology and the significance of adding series compensation, series compensation project features, construction site, general layout, and clearly the scope of the project contract. Then, the paper focuses on construction series compensation scheme, mainly on construction series compensation scheme, the need for installation of series compensation devices, the project construction and construction process for the overall arrangements,and at the last part of this chapter, focusing on the major process engineering projects and special process of construction methods, construction difficulties and the construction scheme to be taken. Secondly, series compensation project management analysis of the implementation of the program, focusing on objectives from the schedule and construction schedule, quality objectives, quality assurance, safety assurance system, technical measures and work plans, cost control objectives and control measures in areas such as analysis. Finally, the concluding part thesis summarizes the main conclusions of this topic.This scientific and reasonable management scheme for series compensation project to study, not only conducive to the smooth implementation of the project, but also to promote similar projects. At the same time, for the future of the series compensated transmission line implementation of project management experience and provides valuable scientific and rational basis.
