With the development of world economy, human beings on fossil fuel demand is bigger and bigger, making the emission of harmful substance increasing, caused by the climate and environment problem increasingly serious. One greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide emissions of greenhouse, intensifies, electric power production of carbon dioxide emissions when a centralized power source, control and slow in the production of carbon dioxide emissions to tackle global warming has the vital significance.Carbon dioxide from the burning capture after combustion flue gas absorption, after the separation and stored carbon dioxide. Compared with traditional power plant, the whole plant structure and thermodynamic system will change, flue gas flow increased for desulphurization and dust removal, absorption, regeneration process, corresponding increased equipments; etc. Cause coal consumption and the thermal efficiency etc hot economic index change.Based on the combustion way after carbon capture the power plant as the main research object, and carry on the hot economic analysis. Firstly, the Aspen software for carbon dioxide absorption and regeneration of simulated, get the energy consumption per ton of carbon dioxide capture, and then based on energy conservation theory construction hot economic analysis model for power plant adding carbon capture device after the hot economic analysis, and subjected to 300MW and 600 MW units as an example for analysis, that different carbon capture rate case the thermal efficiency changes, and compared the situation of same units under different operation conditions the thermal economiy, and draws hot economic changes in number and fractal graph, revealing the thermal efficiency changes, also for carbon capture power plant construction and operation provides the theoretical basis for CCS, thus further and more comprehensive power plants do the evaluation.
