As the intermittent and randomness of wind speed, a large number of wind power access grid,which will bring a very big challenge to power system. In order to reduce the scheduling pressures, wind farms should be build for the grid-friendly. And wind farm must have ability to participate in grid active power scheduling. The implementation of active power scheduling in wind farms is based on all wind farm applications or devices can exchange information efficiently and accurately. But many devices in large wind farm usually come from multiple wind power manufacturers, so it is difficulty to share information resources among devices, and there are poor information compatibility.Requirements for wind farms have the ability to participate in active power scheduling and the problem of interoperability between devices in wind farms, the wind farm active power scheduling will be in-depth study in view of industrial communication in this paper. By analyzing the wind farm active power dispatch communication features, standards-based wind farm active power scheduling information model and information exchange model was designed, and mapped to Web Services objects or services, shielded the heterogeneity of the wind power equipment. The main work includes:(1) Analysis of wind farm active power dispatch communication processes, analytical the communication data flow among wind farm application systems, build information model of communication data according to IEC61400-25 standard, and information model mapping to Web Services object.(2) Design wind farm active power scheduling information exchange model, focusing on the design of the wind farm active power scheduling IEC61400-25 server, Web Services server and Web service interfaces.(3) Detailed analysis of the IEC61400-25 information exchange model mapping to Web Services, to realize the wind farm active power scheduling information exchange model mapping to Web Services, focusing on wind farm IEC61400-25 server implementation.The research of this paper is very useful to keep the balance of the entire power system and construct unified wind farm information model.
