Lead-acid battery for its outstanding advantages of the various sectors in the national production, more and more widely applied. Battery charge and discharge is an essential element in the production, use and maintenance. In order to solve the practical problems emerging from centralized charge for large capacity batteries of battery producers, such as the method of charge and discharge is old, the system automatization is not enough, charge machines are independent one another, workers need to check, record and adjust the parameters of every charge machine and adjust the parameters of every charge machine when charge and discharge, which has resulted in more working intension and mistakes, an effective intelligent charge machine distributed control system is provided.On the bases of battery charge and discharge characteristics and working principle we reasch a new intelligent charge and discharge device, which consists PWM rectifier, DSP control loop and the liquid crystal display circuit. On the base of three-phase reversible PWM voltage converter,designed three-phase reversible PWM converter using IPM intelligent power module. Accordancing with the requirements of real-time control,using digital signal processor TMS320LF2407 to realize the reversible two-way flow control.On the basis of analyzing the problems of high-capacity battery charging and discharging, designed a Distributed Control System network with CAN bus. By builded every charge machine into distributed control network, we can get information transferred by every real time, understand the work conditions of every charging machine and enhance the working efficiency.Finally, the simulation of the system and the experimental results of PWM rectifier are presented. The results of the simulation and experiment indicate that the output voltage of rectifier is stable, the current ripple is small and the input power factor is close to 1.Figure [44] table [7] reference [30]...
