Bored Of The Quality Control Of Construction Site Work

With the developing of construction industry and real estate market in our country, pile foundation is widely used in high-rise buildings, bridges, ports and other projects. Due to a number of advantages, Punching of concrete pile is the basis of common forms in the high-rise building pile foundation.As the varying quality of the current construction unit, poor of control means, resulting in unstable quality level. It not only affect the project quality and schedule, but also lead to phenomena such as breakout the budget of investment .It caused enormous losses to the state and the people's property.In this paper, theoretical analysis and empirical analysis are combined for research. First of all, based on the theory about the quality control of on-site operating system, the formation and influencing factors about quality of construction projects is analyzed, engineering quality control processes and principles, as well as the process ,the basis, the procedures, ways and means in system of quality control on-site are studied. Then combining with Quanzhou East China Sea Bincheng I, K pile construction project , punching piles of construction technology, methods and quality control is analyzed, the common quality incidents is summarized, the way of quality control is find , the reason of accidents is analyzed, and countermeasures to ensure the quality of construction of pile foundation is studied, in order to reduce the quality accidents. In the theoretical exploration, it is more important to explore the application of the theory, drawing on the construction site of the operating system of quality control theory to address how to control the quality of system on the construction site and punching pile construction, thus we can accumulate experience, sum up approach from it.Through the pile of data on quality inspection, the project construction quality control pile got a good result, and achieved the desired goal of quality control.
