Study On Preservation And Rehabilitation Of The Architectural Complex In Qingdao During The Period Occupied By Germany

From the most primitive tribe's tents to today's high-rise buildings, the architectural history is a process of creation and re-creation. As time goes by, old buildings have become more and more valuable, however, as our country accelerate the modernization process of urban, a large number of old buildings which have cultural heritage value are confronted with abandonment, removal or inappropriate use, so that the regional culture and texture of the city are severely damaged.This article takes preservation of architectural complex in Qingdao during the period occupied by Germany as the research object. First of all, from the view of urban planning, I analyze their history, building layout, building monomer of Qingdao colonial architecture, and relying on the basis of historical data and on-the-spot investigation, this article has a more comprehensive understanding about the architectural style and main features of architectural complex in Qingdao during the period occupied by Germany.Secondly, this article is engaged in analysis and evaluation about Qingdao colonial architecture's history, art, technology, environmental and economic value; selects a few examples of typical building for study, concludes its conservation and reuse strategies, and then point out the difficulties and problems during the protection process of Qingdao old buildings.Thirdly, elaborate foreign architectural heritage protection theory and development situation; take France as example, from three aspects about regulations, procedures and measures of protection to elaborate how to do the work of ancient architecture protection and summarize the experience of France; meanwhile, with the foreign cases, the article discusses creative ideas and measures for protection of ancient buildings in foreign countries, it can provide a little reference and inspiration for protection of historical buildings in Qingdao.Finally, thinking of the work about conservation of historical buildings in Qingdao, and in this foundation, this article proposes work ideas which meets to the chatacteristic and texture of Qingdao and the science development request, at the same time, it looks to the future of urban architectural context of Qingdao, and completes the reconsidering process from the city"root"cultures to the future ones.
