| Qingdao,as one of the young cities overflowing with history and culture,has a reputation of “red tile green trees,blue sea and blue sky”.Numerous highly skilled historical buildings have been seemed as an indispensable symbol of this city.However,it has become an urgent and serious issue for historical buildings to preserve their unique cultural values and renewe their vitality in the wave of urban construction.This paper will take the historical buildings of Qingdao,which are built in the period of German concession,as the object,and will focus on the repair and protection of internal elements and reuse of space.Different intervention levels in Repair mode and the restoration and protection mode and strategy of the suitability of internal factors will be analyzed based on the protection repair strategy in “Venice Charter”.The analysis will also follow the principles of authenticity,integrity and distinct visibility.By summarizing of the internal protection and restoration measures of historical buildings,the causes of internal factors degradation will be explored as well.And then,the concrete operation method and the suitable spatial reuse measure of the practical internal element repair protection will be extracted from three levels of entity elements,interface elements and typical materials,with reference of the case study on indoor element repair and protection project of Qingdao key historic buildings and other repair cases in the same historical period in the whole world.The renovation of the former site of Qingdao Navy Hotel will be taken as a historical case for the reuse of historical buildings,combined with actual pictures of project,to analyze the strategies and methods for the protection of internal elements and the reuse of space in the historical buildings built in the same period.In this part,the analysis will be made from the aspects of spatial division,traffic streamline design,engineering records.After that,reasons,methods and strategies of repairing historical buildings damaged by improper use and will be discussed,which will help to avoid the emergence of such problems in the future.This is also a useful supplement to the current strategy of remediation and reuse of historic buildings. |
