Along with the socialism new countryside's development, villages and small towns'residence construct reached a peak, and energy consumption has increased unceasingly. In northeast region, solar energy resource is abundant, many solar water systems have been applied, but solar heating application is still in a stage of demonstration. The paper researched techniques of Solar Combisystem aiming at village and small town residence in northeast region.This paper studied the feasibility of solar energy resource for residences of villages and small towns in the northeast region. Combined with local building characteristics and residents' customs, this paper proposed three conditions of solar energy application about interior design temperature and heating circuitry partition, then estimated the indexes of heat load of the typical residential buildings, and proposed some foundations of system design.According to the particularity of villages and small towns'residences, this paper discussed the design scheme,including the following contents: water supply and heating system design, solar collector conditions design, heat storage system design, auxiliary heat source design, piping system, freezing and overheating avoidance scheme, automatic control system design. Meanwhile, according to the indexes of heat load of the typical residential buildings, the ratio of system equipment in each typical-urban area also has been determined.According to the above researches, this paper presented scheme design and analysis about Solar Combisystem of a typical model in Harbin village residence, including related parameter and system equipments selection, principle sketch of the system design, economies and ecosystem efficiency analysis etc. The good investment economycs and ecosystem efficiency make it valuable to extend. To raise the investment economies of Solar Combisystem, we should raise utilization ratio of hot water in non-heating period, optimize the heating scale etc., and intensify the solar energy technical development further.The reseach provides technical guidance for the solar application and promotion of rural house to resolve the current problems , in the meantime, the reseach is helpful to improve life quality of residents in villiages and small towns in northeast region.
