Research On Management Of Green Villages And Small Towns Construction In Cold Region In View Of Tripartite Game

With the acceleration of villages and small towns construction in recent years,villages and small towns construction has obtained certain achievements in our country.Villages and small towns residents’ living environment is improved. However, in the cold region of our country, because of geographical location, the level of economic development is lower than other region. Villages and small towns construction work progress is relatively slow. And the resource consumption of cold region is larger. The environmental pollution is also more serious. So "green" should be concerned in the villages and small towns construction of the cold region.There are many problems in the construction of villages and small towns in cold region, such as, because more and more residents have transferred from the rural to the city, the construction plannings in the villages and small towns can not be carried out well. The government has no plannings to propagandize the “green”. These problems can finally be back to the problem of the management of villages and small towns construction. In this background, relying on the subject project supported by National Science and Technology Program of China during the 12 th Five-Year Plan Period(Grant No.2013BAJ12B01), the thesis studies the management in cold region of green villages and small towns construction.Aimed at the problems in the villages and towns construction of cold region, the article will regard green villages and small towns construction management in cold region as the research object. The status quo of villages and small towns construction management in cold region is investigated and then according to the results of the questionnaires, the stakeholders of the villages and small towns construction management in cold region are identified and their needs of interest and interests contradiction are analyzed. Then based on the game theory,an extended game model of green villages and small towns construction management in cold region is established.According to the game model,combining with the content of the cold region green villages and small towns construction management,we set up the cold region green villages and small towns construction management framework system,all participants of green villages and small towns construction management in cold region are put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. This indicates the direction of the villages and small towns construction improvement.
