Reinforced block masonry structure is adapt to the construction characteristics of China, that comply with the requirements of"energy-Saving,land-Saving,water-Saving,material-Saving and environmental Protection"which China advocate for green building, already can save the project cost and improve the safety performance of the block building will have broad and great prospects of building structure system.Concrete hollow blocks have widely application and promotion in the engineering,that control the quality of building materials,improve the inspection work is especially important. China's current inspection standard use cement mortar for capping material can't ensure that the smooth and parallel of the pressure surface .which bring the test results of compressive strength larger discrete and get the compressive strength evaluation is lower. Cleaning hole piece of brick and contacting beam piece of brick which has to used and affect the structure overall intensity in Reinforced block masonry don't have corresponding testing method. Only use gross area to assess the compressive strength of concrete hollow blocks will not control the manufacturing enterprises pursue higher compression strength in negative ways of cut down the void ratio.Experiment contrast for use cement mortar and by special improve designed capping tools use high-strength gypsum to analysis the compression strength and discreteness. Three different manufacturing enterprises supply all of the 540 pieces of concrete hollow blocks which have the same size of 390mm×190mm×190mm in MU10,MU15,MU20 strength grade. This experiment analyze the influence of plainness and unparallel for the compressive strength that get the conversion relation between cement mortar and high-strength gypsum capping.Altogether 432 pieces of 190mm high standard concrete hollow blocks cut into test piece at the height of 90 mm and 130 mm respectively, simulation the hole cleaning block and attached beam block of the standard of testing of size change and holes change against the influence of pressure strength, the different height of standard and examine the relationship of strength. Get the standard piece of detection and standard piece of compressive strength for different intensity level and different height correlation coefficient is close to 1, but the coefficient factor determined to more test data of the foundation. To the standard that testing can cut a piece into a unified size is feasible, reduce test piece of speciesAnalyzed the influence of holes to the block compressive strength and reinforcement block masonry structure . Obtain that increase holes of the block as a necessary elements to evaluate the compressive strength . Advice use the net area compressive and direct holes revise compressive achieve reasonable control and evaluation the compressive strength. Provide a study way for compressive evaluation methods.
