Taking H2-1 sliding bearing test bench for research object,this paper puts forward an idea of establishing virtual platform online:combined with Solidworks 3d modeling software,the virtual modeling of sliding bearing laboratory bench was realized,and the effect of perceptual interaction was achieved in virtual modeling language VRML. At the same time,the data analysis interface was wrote by MATLAB GUI,achieving the purpose of theoretical validation. The main research contents and the results are as follows:1. Comprehensive utilization of VRML and Solidworks modeling functions,the sliding bearings 3d experimental platform was established with Solidworks,and it was imported into VRML environment as VRML page document ending with"* . wrl". Modeling geometry size and appearance were combined with Shape node,after that,define modelling's appearance color and texture,and then,sliding bearing laboratory bench parts were established respectively,finally they were assemed into completely a whole model.2. In order to achieve real experimental situation,make full use of VRML language's multimedia functions,the audio,video,animation and other multimedia effect were added into virtual platform. At the same time,create virtual clock rely on time TimeSensor,and send the time value to sliding bearing spindle non-oil imports to Control the time of spindle begins to operation,change and end in VRML space.3. The man-machine interface was written by Matlab,and the unique graphical interface was designed by adding window menus,text boxes,coordinates,buttons and other kinds of controls,then write callback code to realize control function. The experimenter can select or activate these objects to make system perform some user needs action,such as drawing different oil film pressure distribution curves by changing the parameters (wide diameter ratio,eccentricity,etc.) of radial sliding bearing,revealing the oil film pressure change law of the shape,helping students to deepen the theoretical understanding of sliding bearing experiment.
