| Airport runway friction coefficient is an important parameter which is related to the safety of aircraft taking off and landing, and the life and property safety of passengers. To ensure security, airport staff should ensure whether the runway friction coefficient allows the aircraft taking off and landing, this requires the use of certain equipment and instruments to measure the coefficient of friction accurately. Airport runway friction coefficient tester is a special equipment which is used to measure the airport runway friction coefficient , but in the course of using it, due to various factors, vehicle sensors will produce measurement errors, if the measurement error is too large, aviation safety will stay hidden. To ensure vehicles can measure the friction coefficient accurately , we need to do the board sensor calibration regularly, for which we designed a special device to do calibration for the airport runway friction coefficient vehicles ,which we called airport runway friction coefficient vehicles calibration device. This article describes the calibration system based on P87LPC768 microcontroller, the calibration system generally can be divided into two modules of hardware and software ,and the hardware module includes mechanical and electrical modules. This paper mainly describes the working principle of the friction coefficient car, calibration methods, the design of calibration system's hardware and software design and the measures how to improve system reliability. In the hardware section we described calibration device in detail including the mechanical structure, amplification circuit, control circuit design, and hardware interference and so on; In the software section we described the specific function of the calibration device, the software flow chart, and software anti-jamming technology. Finally, we also introduced the related debug and experiments and the experimental data, the results proved the correctness and feasibility of such programs. The device we designed achieved the intended function and completed the task. |
