In view of the current low level of automation of calibration,the low calibration efficiency and the high price of calibration instruments,this paper studies the system principle of the calibration device of portable safety comprehensive tester with the title of Development of Portable Safety Tester Calibration Device.Focus on the key technologies,develop the key module design of the portable safety tester calibration device,the automatic calibration technology based on PLC dynamic data exchange,the design of the traceable automatic calibration software platform of the safety tester,etc.,to realize the traceability of the instrument calibration process and improve the economic benefits of calibration process,which have important academic and practical significance for promoting the development of measurement and control technology and instruments,equipment manufacturing technology and other disciplines.The development work was supported by the Science and Technology Project of Administration of Quality and Technology Supervision of Guangdong Province(2018CJ10)in 2018.This paper develops a portable safety tester calibration device,designs a traceable automatic calibration software platform for safety tester,and reviews domestic and international research from three aspects: safety tester calibration method,safety multi-function calibrator,and instrument traceable calibration platform,to progress,determine the content of the study.The main work of the paper includes:(1)Analyze the overall requirements of the safety tester calibration device,determine the overall framework of the calibration system,system functions,and calibration system process,and analyze the key technologies of the calibration device.(2)Analyze the calibration principle and calibration requirements of the safety tester,propose the design idea of the key module of the portable safety tester calibration device,design the calibration function module that meets the calibration requirements,and integrate the modules with the portable design to meet the design requirements.The calibration instrument is portable under the premise.(3)Based on the research of dynamic data exchange technology,this paper studies the automatic calibration technology based on PLC dynamic data exchange,designs multi-function and multi-gear calibration circuit switching,and analyzes the performance of key modules to determine the selected components to meet the calibration requirements.(4)Analyze the requirements of the traceable automatic calibration software platform of the safety tester,design the LabVIEW-based safety instrument traceable automatic calibration software platform,reserch the automatic calibration and process data traceability,automatically generate test reports,etc..The platform is able to automatically generate a complete calibration report,which enable calibration data to be traceable.Finally,the HG-1 portable safety tester calibration device was selected for the actual test,and the four test functions of the safety tester were calibrated.The results show that the accuracy level of the portable safety tester calibration device meets the design requirements in each calibration project,and the automatic calibration function can be realized and the line switching function is operating normally.
