Amputation patients should wear prosthesis early to restore body completeness and function. It can help amputation patients rebuilt-up confidence, stimulate disease-resistant ability, improve the level of amputation rehabilitation, and make them back to families and society soon. However, the current conventional methods of rehabilitation of residual can not eliminate residual complications completely and slow in rehabilitation process. Residual complications affected the prosthetic installation. The main purpose of developing and researching the amputation rehabilitation vibration training system in this paper is that: applying vibration therapy for amputation rehabilitation process to relieve or eliminate the residual complications. The mature residual is obtained as soon as possible and provides favorable conditions for prosthetic installation.Firstly, through accessing the related literature and summarizing research achievements on experiments of vibration rehabilitation training in the domestic and foreign, we get the vibration parameters range which is suitable for human; Secondly, using Pro-E software, a 3D model of single-degree-freedom amputation rehabilitation vibration test-bed is established. The model is introduced in ADAMS software for dynamics simulation and getting the test-bed related parameters. We build test prototype and a vibration test of the test prototype is executed by using DH5922 dynamic testing analysis system. Thirdly, in order to avoid the rigid contact which may hurt the residual limb and make it easier for skin tissue of the residual limb to accept vibration energy, we use granular material as transfer medium of vibration energy and establish a fluid-solid two-phase human-computer interface. Using laboratory and software of PFC3D, the regular pattern of vibration energy transmission in the particulate medium is explored. Lastly, it is proved that amputation rehabilitation vibration training system was effective by the amputation rehabilitation vibration training experiment evaluation.
