With the development of modern technology and the popularization of Internet, intelligent products began to enter people's lives. In the appliance industry, the development of intelligence is the inevitable trend. With the satisfaction of material needs and the changes of economic model, in this experience economy era, the first needs of users is not only functional requirements but also emotional needs, that is to say, products need to enable users to experience the good feelings.Whether the complex features of existing intelligent appliances are able to meet the needs of users and improve the development of appliance market? It is significant to establish the perceptual evaluation system of intelligent home appliances features.In this paper, I pay attention to the user's emotional factors and apply some quantitative research methods and mathematical analysis methods to study the matching and relevance of intelligent appliances features and the user's emotional factors. To achieve this goal, I completed the following work:1, In this study I collect and collate the typical functions of home appliances by document analysis, user interviews and questionnaire survey methods;2, Second, I establish the perceptual evaluation system of intelligent home appliances and calculate the weights of indicators in order to lay the foundation for the construction of mathematical models;3, Then, I write and modify the questionnaire and conduct a questionnaire survey in order to establish the relationship data tables of intelligent home appliances features and evaluation indicators;4, Finally, I construct the mathematical model for perceptual evaluation system of intelligent home appliances features, and use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to quantitatively analyze the experimental data in order to summarize the matching and relevance of intelligent appliances features and the user's emotional factors.In this paper, I grasp the whole psychological needs of users, enhance their overall satisfaction to the intelligent home appliances in order to find the advantages and disadvantages of intelligent home appliances and find out the future reliable progressive way of intelligent home appliances.
