With the further development of building energy conservation, to meet the building energy efficiency of the social demand, followed by the emergence of various new construction energy-saving technologies, energy-saving products. Meanwhile, in order to certain the energy-saving technology, product performance and use of method, there has been a wide range of demonstration projects and energy-saving demonstration renovation project. However, as energy-saving demonstration project of promoting building energy efficiency work is exemplary, demonstrations of how to express the issues through to evaluation after the demonstration project. Therefore, in the energy-saving work, the research and promote of new technology and products depends on the development of demonstration projects, and the development of demonstration projects based on the post-assessment of demonstration project, and thus, the study of energy-saving demonstration project's post-assessment method is key to the development of demonstration project, is to the important factor in promoting building energy efficiency work.In this article, based on the building energy saving demonstration project status, analyzing the demonstration of characteristic, studying the method of post-evaluation on building energy-saving demonstration project of livable, high energy efficiency, sustainability and evaluation, to ensure the applicability of assessment method, analyzing the post-assessment of building energy saving demonstration project, proposed post-assessment method of the energy-saving demonstration project.Post-assessment of method study of energy-saving demonstration project, mainly depends on the energy-saving demonstration project post-evaluation of connotation definition and characteristics, determining the content of evaluation and analyzing the impact of factors, and as a basis for the post-evaluation of method study.Post- evaluation of method study of energy-saving demonstration project includes three content, one is analyzing the post- evaluation of the flow chart, the second is establishment the post- evaluation of index system, third is studying the post-assessment of evaluation model. Through the analysis of the flow chart of the assessment, the evaluation index is divided into target strata, criterion layer and index layer, and establishing post-assessment index system, at the same time variational the indexes, by introducing mathematical model to establish evaluation model, using the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of indexes. Because of the post-assessment of method study of energy-saving demonstration project is in order to determine project'demonstration, and the aspects of demonstration, proposed the suggestion for the similar products, therefore in the process of research emphasized the method's scientific and maneuverability and universality.According to the content of post-assessment and the study of method of the demonstration project ,to establish the corresponding feedback system, to ensure the integrity of the post- evaluation, to apply in practical engineering, then optimization the post- evaluation method, and then as one of basic data to reflect the level of the demonstration projects , in order to provide the basis for evaluating the average level of domestic demonstration project in China, and application in the new buildings and energy saving renovation.
