Study On Post-use Evaluation Of Built Environment Of Xi'an Provincial Demonstration Kindergarten

With the continuous progress of education concept,the design of children's education space also needs further development.Among them,the provincial demonstration kindergarten,as an indispensable public education place for early childhood education,has gradually highlighted the value of its built environment and become the most important activity place for children.On the other hand,the research and application of post occupancy evaluation(POE)in foreign countries have been quite mature,but it is still in the preliminary development stage in China,mainly used in large public buildings.The research on kindergarten is mainly focused on the qualitative research of building space,while the research on the post-use evaluation of kindergarten construction environment is rarely involved.The author conducted field research on the construction environment of 8 provincial demonstration kindergartens,and obtained research information through questionnaire survey and communication with users.Combined with the comparison of excellent cases,summarize the use of provincial demonstration kindergartens.This paper takes the huaqing kindergarten of jianda as the case study object to construct the POE evaluation model of provincial model kindergarten.Through qualitative and quantitative evaluation of POE,the evaluation data and improvement weight of the research object were obtained,and the optimization strategy was proposed based on the evaluation results,so as to explore the use value of POE in the construction environment of provincial demonstration kindergartens in xi 'an.In the preliminary preparation stage,firstly,literature review was conducted on the research related to kindergarten and post-use evaluation,and the research methods and technical route of the paper were determined.Second,taking provincial demonstration kindergartens and excellent cases as the research objects,the paper summarizes the use of the kindergarten's built environment from six aspects,including the overall environment,children's living unit,public activity room,transportation space,outdoor activity space and other functions,through field research and literature sorting.Thirdly,the paper establishes the basic evaluation model of POE in provincial model kindergartens through the evaluation of usage,satisfaction and importance.Then,taking the huaqing kindergarten of jianda university as the research object,the evaluation factor set was constructed by combining the problem summary,the basic situation of the kindergarten,the extraction of literature review,the evaluation criteria of the kindergarten and the expert opinions.Secondly,POE and Kano model were combined to establish an improved weight model of POE for kindergartens,which finally constituted the POE evaluation model of provincial model kindergartens.In the implementation analysis stage,this paper firstly adopts the questionnaire mode of "online" + "offline",collects and statistics data information,analyzes and summarizes the comprehensive evaluation of POE of jianda huaqing kindergarten.Next,the author USES AHP analytic hierarchy process to assign values to the evaluation factors according to the importance evaluation,and obtains the weight information of each evaluation factor.Finally,the evaluation factors are combined with the Kano demand model to calculate the improved weight,which constitutes the improved weight index system of jianda huaqing kindergarten.Conclusion in the feedback stage,based on the status quo,evaluation results and improvement weight of POE evaluation in huaqing kindergarten of jianda,an optimization and promotion strategy is proposed,which provides a model and reference for the architectural design of provincial demonstration kindergartens in xi 'an in the future.
