Research On Post-Evaluation Of Reusing Old Buildings Projects Based On The Concept Of Sustainable Development

With continuously deepening of urban development and industrial restructuring, andincreasing enhancement in saving resources and protecting environment awareness,many successful stories of reuse of idle old building emergence, old buildings arecontinuing to play a potential value, but also produce a number of economic, social andenvironmental issues. In order to continuously improve the decision-making andmanagement level of the old building reuse project, great attention should be paid to therole of post-project evaluation, from the era concept of sustainable development, thepost-evaluation method of reusing old buildings are carried out.The old building reuseproject evaluation is viewed as the research object, based on the guiding ideology of theconcept of sustainable development, the theory, principle, index system, methods andapplication of the sustainable post-evaluation of the reusing old building are deeplystudied, main work of the paper are as follows:Firstly, according to the reasons of the decline of building, old building life isdivided into material life and functional life, then through analyzing the constructioncosts, ecological costs, historical and cultural value, the advantages of the old buildingreuse are summed up. Secondly, according to the theory of sustainable development,the evolution characteristic of project post-evaluation is analyzed, the theoreticalframework of project post-evaluation according with sustainable development is putforward, combined with the characteristic of the old building renovation and reuse,importance of each factor which is derived from the questionnaire survey is analyzed,the index system of sustainability post-evaluation of reusing old building is built, it isdivided into quantitative indicators and qualitative indicators, a combination of radial function neural networks and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(RBF-FCE) is used tostudy the sustainability post-evaluation of reusing old buildings, the various factors thataffect the sustainable development capacity of reusing old building project, mutualeffect between the factors and feedback are considered, the fuzziness of the evaluationfactors and the evaluation process are both fully reflected, and the evils of personalsubjective are minimized, the respective merits of the two methods are fully exerted.Finally, the renovation of the part building of Chaotianmen square to a planningexhibition is chosen as an example to testify the theory and model put forward in thispaper.
