| With the requirements of economic development and energy conservation for sustainable development of China, energy efficiency of thermal power generating units carried out the transformation of the demand put on the agenda. Accordance with the national introduction of the "thermal power coal consumption is less than 300g/kWh" environmental standards, how to further improve a large number of thermal power units in service efficiency and reduce pollutant emissions has become an urgent task. It is requiring review and summarizes the experience from the existing thermal power energy-saving projects, so it needs to find a reasonable evaluation mechanism for evaluation. Therefore, the use of evaluation theory generator set energy conservation and efficiency projects undertaken after evaluation research is very necessary.This paper gives the related theories, which provides a theoretical basis; then build turbines for energy conservation and efficiency evaluation system after the project, and build an index system, and the index’s weight by fuzzy AHP was calculated, and introduce the Datang Wangtan generators improving energy transformation actual situation First project before implementation and the need to analyze, and then the situation before the renovation project overview, then describes the principle of transformation projects and rehabilitation programs given turbine, heating systems and boilers. An empirical analysis based on the performance after transformation and fuzzy AHP evaluation method, the evaluation results are given and recommendations.In this paper, the post evaluation system is built from the transformation of pre-design preparation, implementation of the transformation project, the impact of the transformation project three aspects, and uses the system to evaluate the Datang Wangtan project, and the results is to provide reference for improving the management level and the level of generator sets energy conservation and efficiency projects. |
