The Design Strategy Of Shanghai Green Residential

As the environment become worse, and the shorFige of global resources and energy, more and more people focus their attention on sustainable development. While the energy consumption of the building accounted a large part of the whole consumption. Therefore, green building is a inevitable trend as the building development model has from the traditional high consumption type changes to the green and efficient type. The Building Research Establishment of British published the Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method in 1990 as the forerunner, and then other countries also proposed a lot of green building evaluation system of their own. In this international context, China proposed the first national standard——Evaluation Standard of Green Building in 2006, which has a strong guiding significance. However, it still needs more exploration and interpretation to make it play an effective role in different architectural practice. Shanghai's rapid development of urban construction makes a huge consume of energy and resources. Especially residential buildings which the needs is still nncreasing. Therefore, this article aims to put forward reference views based on the current standard, provide some strategys of the residential design, and makes the implementation of green building can be better.This paper is consists with five chapters. The first chapter is introduction. It clear the background, purpose and significance of the research project, and overview the status of research domestic and abroad, and defines the scope of this paper. The second chapter analysis each green building rating system's content and features, and compare their advantages and disadvantages, and analysis some successful case which application the evaluation criteria. The third chapter conducted in-depth study on China's Evaluation Standard of Green Building, and investigate the viable design strategys. The fourth chapter is the core of the paper. It described residential design strategy from five sides: experience of Shanghai traditional houses, the overall layout of the building, the individual building design, building life cycle, and the Building Information Model. In this chapter the paper provides a system strategy of residential design. At last, the fiveth chapter summarized the whole paper.
