The control system of automation stereo garage usually relates to conventional motioncontrol, frequency speed adjustment control and energy saving control, etc. it is a controlsystem of high comprehensive degree and relative complication. Therefore, it is used intoteaching carrier of electric automation field as the typical control systems by manyuniversities. Due to the complicated structure of stereo garage, large occupation space andinvestment into a lot of hardware, the system consistent with actual stereo garage system cannot be established in schoolIn order to further broaden their knowledge, deepen their understanding of the automationtechnology of deep understanding and broaden the PLC teaching direction, this paper aims atthe PLC in China is in a rising stage, in the face of the college teaching practice platform forPLC deficiency, research and production of the stereo garage virtual training platform. In thevirtual system, only the controller using hardware PLC, and stereo garage visual andcondition monitoring composed entirely of PC terminal software. This paper uses Unity3Dand Maya modeling, rendering software making stereo garage virtual training platform, in thePC machine, the whole stereo storehouse precision display, in accordance with the automatedthree-dimensional garage operation alone make it (through two software development twointerface) dynamic display a whole garage effect, and through the communication port, andthe PLC want to connect, so that students can feel to the PLC control and operation.A four-layer and five-bit lift-lateral stereo garage analog system based on3D virtualtechnology is designed and realized in this paper to be used to be integrated with PLC(programmable logic controller). Through many control modules, like communication interface module and PLC, transducer and touch screen, etc., a comprehensive trainingplatform is formed. To realize the motion control function basically consistent with the actualstereo garage and satisfy the requirements of PLC, the following contents will be studied inthis paper.1. Start design of the system based on function and overall framework, exploration ofmodel for combination of virtual scene with external hardware and analysis of communicationmodel of software and hardware, searching out of the compatible model, so that the problemabout interactive communication of software and hardware could be solved.2. Realize monitoring overall teaching software system with PLC controls system andrealize the logical running of stereo garage and set virtual location sensor signal and output itto the PLC system through interface module and realize closed-loop control.3. Through calculation of technical parameters of lift-lateral horizontal movingautomation stereo garage, the principles and rules of communications of it with the PLCcommunication port to provide theoretical support for compiling serial programme. Throughactually compiling communication script files, the communication of this virtual stereo garagewith PLC can be genuinely realized.4. As for the motion drive of3D model of Automation stereo garage, through software'sphysical engine and compilation of script, the motion simulation process of virtual stereogarage is realized.The application of virtual reality technology to the teaching of computer in thedevelopment of virtual experiment system can show the actual production process, but alsocan verify the actual programming ability of students, the system has complete functions, lowcost, high efficiency, scalability and strong exploration, engineering practicability. Can bewidely used in PLC teaching experiment teaching process, to solve the difficultiesencountered, save experimental expenditure, while improving the experimental safety,enriching the students' engineering practical experience, to enable students in the theoreticaland practical ability two aspects have been improved, effectively improving the trainingquality of students.
