Study And Design Of PLC Control System For Intelligent Circulation Stereo Parking Garage

Recent years,with the quantity increasing of car in domestic cities of all size,the problem of lack of parking garage has become increasingly prominent.The supply of parking lots is far less than the growth rate of the vehicle which has affected people’s living more and more obviously.The traditional garage expansion methods have many disadvantages,such as high cost,large space occupation and so on.In addition to the huge gap of total parking lots,the available parking lots are also inconvenience for people,as the available parking lot is often far from the car driver’s destination.Considering the shortage of parking lots and the inconvenience of location,this paper studies and designs a all round electric control system of the circulation stereo parking garage.The circulation stereo parking garage takes a small area,and does not need to design special path for import and export.It is also suitable for small residential areas installation while expanding the total parking space.In this paper,PLC is used as the control core,and the interface and human-computer interaction interface are achieved by touch screen.The system adopts encoder and frequency converter to realize the closed loop speed regulation of three-phase AC asynchronous motor,so as to achieve the steady acceleration and deceleration of the system and the effect of real-time speed regulation according to the dynamic change of the load.The system uses RF reader to detect the rotating position of the garage which has strong anti-interference ability.The system adopts eddy current switch to provide gradual speed regulation and position guidance for the movement of the trailer,and uses photoelectric switches to provide many functions and safety detection for the system.PLC internal program logic is rigorous,and a number of SFC are used to realize the control function.On the basis of fully completing the required functions of the system,the reliability and security of the system are guaranteed.The research and design of the circulation stereo parking garage has the characteristics of high efficiency,reliability and low cost.It is not only suitable for the parking garage expansion of large institutions or enterprises,but also suitable for small area or individual installation.
