With the imbalanced grow of the number of car ownership and the demand for parking spaces in China,the gap between supply and demand of parking spaces is increasing,and the problem of parking is becoming more and more serious.However,traditional parking lots have long been small and scattered.Mechanical three-dimensional construction of parking garages has received more and more attention.The well-shape intelligent stereo parking garage studied in this paper has the characteristics of high volume ratio,automation and intelligence.The design of the control system direct determines the efficiency and intelligence of the parking garage.Therefore,the well-shape intelligent stereo parking garage control system was studied,the power control method and parking management system was analyzed.The overall design scheme of the mechanical structure and control system of the well-shape intelligent stereo parking garage was formulated,and the control methods of the key devices was analyzed.The parking management system and the development of the HMI humanmachine interface system were carried out,and the intelligent storage algorithm was experimentally verified.Firstly,based on the working principle and design requirements of the ring-type threedimensional parking garage,the overall design scheme of the three-dimensional parking garage is proposed from two aspects of mechanical structure and control system.The structural design and function realization of the steel frame structure of the parking garage,the lifting device of the loading tray,the rotating device,the loading plate and its walking device are analyzed.The overall control scheme was determined,and the hardware system was designed with the electrical,control,drive and communication parts.Secondly,the safety detection device of the parking garage and the control method of the trolley lifting device were studied.The PLC control configuration and programming and simulation of the key components of the parking garage were realized by TIA Portal software.According to the safety detection process of the vehicle detection device in the parking garage,the acquisition method and signal processing method of the vehicle detection signal were analyzed in detail.The control scheme of the trolley lifting device was studied,and the lifting speed control method and weight compensation method were discussed,configuration scheme of frequency converter was determined,speed control and torque control of the lifting motor were realized.Thirdly,the intelligent parking algorithm and parking charging algorithm in the parking management system were analyzed in detail.Automatic and intelligent storage methods were proposed.The addressing algorithm in the intelligent storage mode was analyzed in detail,including the single-time storage addressing algorithm and the adaptive algorithm for the storage of the local parking lots.One is based on the principle of “compactness” and “average use of the same floor parking space”,and the other will automatically change the addressing rules.The pick-up strategy was also studied.In addition,in order to regulate the user's parking behavior,a parking management system was proposed to facilitate the intelligent parking algorithm,and a parking charging rule algorithm was proposed.In order to realize intelligent addressing and parking billing functions,intelligent parking software programs and HMI human-machine interfaces were designed.Finally,a parking inventory simulation experiment platform was built by the TIA simulation software.Through the intelligent storage algorithm comparison experiment,the usage of the parking garage based on intelligent and common addressing algorithms was simulated for a long period of time.The trend of data verification verifies the correctness and superiority of the intelligent storage algorithm.The improvement of the intelligent storage algorithm was evaluated by time-saving,energy consumption reducing and the variance reducing of the number of parking spaces in the same parking space.
