| Our country has entered the rapid urbanization period at present, with the spread of the traffic motorization, the urban traffic problem is proliferating from metropolis to large city, even the middle-scale and smaller cities, thus the traffic problem becomes one of the biggest puzzles which restrict the city sustainable development. A series of problems highlight gradually based on the car oriented city development mode, such as the more and more serious traffic congestion, increased environmental damage and energy over-consumption, the continuous imbalance of work and live, excessive waste of land resources, all the problems'origin is that the urban traffic and the land-use is discordant. That can effectively combine the urban public transit with the land-use based on the TOD mode, thus the research on the coordinate relations between arterial transit route and the surrounding land-use has realistic significance.The interactive feedback relations between urban traffic and land-use were analyzed, then Automobile-Oriented development mode was introspected, the sense of TOD mode in our country was analyzed. Urban arterial transit route was defined, and then its surrounding land-use features were researched, the connotation of coordinated growth between arterial route and land-use were analyzed.The interactive relations of the urban arterial transit route and land-use were studied from two respects: First, the interactive relation between the urban arterial transit route and land-use based on TOD area was discussed, which was intergrowth on the condition of interdependent. After that, the interactive relation model based on the nonlinear differential equation was established. Second, the competing interactive relation model of the TOD communities along the arterial transit route was established. To get the equilibrium point, the theory of differential equation and phase trajectory analysis method were applied. The stability under the equilibrium state and the interactive conditions touching to the coordinated stable equilibrium state were analyzed. Last, the Simulink software was used to simulate checking.The system of the evaluation indexes which reflects TOD mode was established, the coordinated growth of the urban arterial transit route and the land-use of TOD communities was evaluated and sequenced by the modified DEA model. Different input/output indexes wre standardized, through deeper analysis of different indexes'slack and surplus variables, the influence degrees of different indexes factors to the coordination were given. The improving directions of DEA invalid decision units were analyzed by the DEA projection theory. Last, the Allegheny'West Busway in America is analyzed as an example.On the basis of the research of interactive relations and coordinated growth evaluation, with our country's specific conditions, the research was studied from two respects: integrated planning process of urban arterial transit route and land-use was proposed, the countermeasures and suggestions to the TOD mode were discussed. That offered policy basis for the coordinated development of urban arterial transit route and land-use in China. |
